Situated on the East coast of Bali, the Magic Villa is surrounded by jungle and is only 900 meters from the sea (Keramas beach). A few minutes walk away is the magnificent "Bali Safari and Marine Park".
The strategic position of the villa allows you to be in less than 40 minutes in Ubud or Sanur or to visit the east coast (about 45 minutes by car from the wonderful Virgin Beach).
The Villa has recently been refurbished and no expense spared in providing top quality facilities and furnishings creating a magical tropical environment.
The overall space is divided into two levels and includes 4 bedrooms each with private bathroom, a living room on each floor, a kitchen equipped with all comforts with a spacious dining area, 4 terraces (one with a 10x3 swimming pool, one solarium terrace with a gazebo and a shower, one rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi whirlpool, shower and a relaxing bed and one romantic terrace with ocean view) a spa area well equipped with massage beds, outdoor spa bath and shower and a private large garden.
GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor you will find one master bedroom and a second bedroom, (both rooms en-suite) the dining area and living area, which leads out to a large terrace with the  pool.
On this level, there is also an additional terrace spa area complete with Gazebos, an outdoor shower, a spa bath and two massage tables. The large tropical garden is also on this level.
FIRST FLOOR
On the upstairs level are located one more master bedroom and a 4th bedroom that can also be used as media room (both rooms are en-suite) a living room, a second large solarium terrace with a gazebo and shower, which has wonderful jungle views and a smaller third terrace with wide ocean views. 

On the roof level is a fourth large terrace, which has stunning 360° views of the jungle and the ocean and it is perfect for Yoga and meditation, bird-watching or to enjoy amazing sunrise while immersed in a large Jacuzzi tub
